Author of the new book Cultural Intelligence

Elisabeth Plum is director of Plum & Co in Denmark and visiting professor at Middlesex University Business School, London (UK). Since 1986 Plum has been involved with human resource development, intercultural communication and organizational development, both as an internal consultant in companies and as an independent consultant. Plum has a Ph.D. in Cultural Sociology from Copenhagen University and a Diploma in organizational psychology.
