RESEARCH & ADVISORY In addition to educational programs, the Executive Development Program works with select organizations to pursue sponsored research. These programs are designed to meet the specific research needs of our sponsors, and build on the leading-edge ideas of our faculty and graduate students. Our sponsored research or organization audit provides a complete and systematic diagnostic analysis which identifies your company’s strategic challenges by examining strengths as well as weaknesses to formulate a company specific plan of action. The final report contains recommendations for change which may be used as a basis for future executive development training programs. All research sponsors receive regular, timely information through conferences, white papers, and private workshops. |
