Welcome to the GWSB Executive Development Program (EDP) website. EDP was launched in 2006 to take advantage of Washington DC’s centrality to the global management arena, to leverage the intellectual, advisory, and instructional capabilities of our world-class faculty, and to coincide with the opening of our new, state-of-the-art facility. As opposed to building out a burdensome administrative infrastructure, EDP is progressively “networked” around core competencies that maximize client value. Our core competencies are serving as an academic design firm and a clearinghouse consultancy. As an academic design firm, EDP brings together teams of faculty to create leadership solutions that address human capital and strategic needs. As a clearinghouse consultancy, we partner with the area’s wealth of content experts to ensure depth and breadth of experience and relevancy. Driven by the excellence that has always been The George Washington University’s hallmark, EDP is guided by three values: intellectual rigor, practical relevance, and engaging instruction. Our Custom Programs are based on the proven three phase consultative process of Diagnosis, Design, and Delivery. Our Partnership Programs provide dedicated resources for our clients’ existing development efforts. Our Open Enrollment Programs blend faculty with industry experts to address critical or classic skill sets. Our Speakers Bureau furnishes the perfect compliment or punctuation to conferences and meetings. Our Sponsored Research and Advisory function generates critical and confidential reports using the most sophisticated methodologies available. And, our unique Residency Program Services arm makes it possible for educational institutions outside the DC area, both national and international, to experience Washington DC and enjoy our world class facilities and faculty.
